Program description
If you opt in, Smart Asset, LLC may text you about your cash-offer request, property questions, appointment scheduling, offer status, and related follow-ups. Messages may be sent from (480) 637-5765 or another number identified as belonging to Smart Assets.
How to opt in
You may opt in by checking the separate, unchecked text-message consent box on our cash-offer form and submitting the form. Consent to text messages is not a condition of receiving an offer or purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier may charge according to your mobile plan.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email carterteamassistant@gmail.com, or call (480) 689-8674. You may opt in again later through a new affirmative request.
Delivery and eligibility
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the account holder or have permission to enroll the number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old.
